History of RBI Grade-81

• 1990: South African Scientists start development of a unique, environment friendly, comprehensive and irreversible solid stabilizer for road construction.
• 1998: RBI Grade-81 granted patent after 10 year of R&D
• 2001: First RBI Grade-81 production facility established in Israel
• 2002: Awarded Green Label by the Standards Institute of Israel
• 2003: RBI Grade-81 awarded International Patent and deemed “a novel and unique technology”
• 2003 – 2007: RBI Grade-81 deployed in UK, Portugal, Romania and around the World.
• 2008: RBI Grade-81 launches in Asia
• 2011: NEED Infrastructure obtain the exclusive license to produce and distribute RBI Grade-81 in Sri Lanka.
